Hijama Cupping Treatment for Seasonal Bronchitis – Part I

How To Perform Hijama Cupping Treatment for Seasonal Bronchitis

With fall setting in and temperatures dropping down, Birmingham and the rest of the world is bracing up for winters. Along with there are a lot of changes in the season; like the warmth turning to chills, increase in the number of allergens in the environment, et al. It’s time for some Hijama Cupping sessions.

For people allergic to sudden changes in weather, dust, pollens and cold, this transition is distressing. Abdul is one of the many who suffers from similar conditions of respiratory tract infection and acute bronchitis almost every year of this time. He is young in his mid-20s and it becomes very stressful for Abdul to breathe normally. Sometimes this also causes breathlessness, difficult respiration, chest spasms and pain, sore throat, chills and fever.

Causes of Seasonal Bronchitis

Seasonal bronchitis is primarily caused by environmental changes and constant irritants such as smoking/vaping or inhaling sheesha. It can be caused either by bacterial infection or by viruses or any exposure to substances that irritate the lungs, throat and respiratory tract such as dust, fumes, vapour and air pollution. It remains for a short time but can reoccur. If left untreated, it can lead to pneumonia and can inflame the lungs further. Bronchitis worsens during winter.

How Can A Hijama Cupping Therapy Center Near Me Help?

Abdul is a regular client at HijamaLife during fall and winter. He has recovered quite a lot from the previous conditions which used to mimic signs of asthma. But as a precautionary measure he still visits our Hospital to avoid much stress.

As advised by therapist and mentioned, since bronchitis and respiratory tract infections are mostly due to allergies caused, hence prevention and precaution is always better than cure.

Last week Abdul had difficulty in breathing and mild fever. On examination, wheeze in the breathing pattern was heard. The therapist put cups around the Sunnah points, i.e. anteriorly on the chest and posteriorly at the upper and mid back.

Hijama Cupping helps alleviate a cough, wheezing, phlegm build-up in the lungs and asthmatic symptoms, all of which may be present during a bout with a bronchitis or respiratory tract infection. When phlegm build-up is reduced, and coughing is eased. The individual is able to breathe better, and the heaviness in the lungs and throat is reduced.

In Abdul’s case, his voice was restored after 2-3 sessions and his breathing pattern improved too. Since the toxins and constricted bronchioles were relaxed, inflammation of the bronchial tree subsided as well. He could resume his daily routine soon enough.

A good diet and some preventive measures can be taken during seasons where chances of getting an allergy or acute bronchitis or cold increases.

  4. I was curious if you ever considered changing the layout of your site? Its very well written; I love what youve got to say. But maybe you could a little more in the way of content so people could connect with it better. Youve got an awful lot of text for only having 1 or 2 pictures. Maybe you could space it out better?
